BCC’s
House passage of the Iran Refined Petroleum Sancitions Act is the 4th “sanction solution” against “soon-to-be Nuclear Iran” since 1996.
Fourteen years of time-wasting sanctions while Iran developed its nuclear & missile capability. John Bolton former UN Ambassador on Fox News today stated that, “No one should believe that tighter sanctions will, in the foreseeable future, have any impact on Iran’s nuclear weapons program.” He stated sanctions might have been effective earlier but no longer, and another sanctions resolution now will be as ineffective as before — after more fruitless, agonizing negotiations. Bolton added that if Israel does not strike ASAP, it will be too late, as Russia will shortly provide Iran with an anti-aircraft weapon that would destroy incoming Israeli aircraft.
It was also announced that Iran today had launched another successful ballistic missile — a more sophisticated one with a 1,500 mile range.
