Apparently only 3 people listened to Commander Fitzpatrick and they will decide whether to forward the case to the Grand Jury of 25

A Grand Jury of THREE?!?! And none of them were jury members!!!!! The Assistant Attorney General (for the State of Tennessee(?) (and the home state of Owl Gore)) and a jury foreman do not make a Grand Jury. What was suppose to be a Grand Jury hearing was in fact just……….a hearing to decide if WE The People should be included!!!! And they will decide if The People’s case will be heard by the real Grand Jury.
What is the Office of the Attorney General interfering on a LOCAL issue. The Grand Jury is convened on the LOCAL level and should not be involved. Maybe on an appeal but not before hand. Then how do you get a Grand Jury’s finding on December 7th when the Grand Jury has not heard the case?!?!
Just as the Federal Government needs to stay out of State’s Rights the State needs to stay out of County Rights. We have appeal processes and the Rule of Law needs to prevail.

all this crap happens because the media is sold out to obama and refuse to report on this… you can rest assured if a couple thousand people were there and the media the out come would be quite different…. without the media they can hide behind walls of brick and care less about truth

Tried to reference LCDR Fitzpatrick to AO 91 FORM and Federal Charges allowing him to be a Private Attorney General but the moderator CUT ME OFF for even starting to mention this information. Maybe he can send an e-mail to another former Navy man at backflow2@verizon.net and we can share the files for his review. Others seem to be holding this man to Civil Charges or Appearances before Grand Juries for Federal Criminal Charges. 120209

Dear Orly,
SINCE WHEN can can an Asst. States Atty. stick their nose into a presentment by the PEOPLE?? The purpose of a presentment is to get the government OUT of the issue, isn’t it? Sounds like intimidation of our rights to me!
Also, it sounds like Carter doesn’t want any WITNESSES to what he says in his courtroom on Dec. 7th. Hmmm…think you hit a sore point or two with him because you were RIGHT ON THE MONEY! The decision will tell us exactly where he plans to stand and with whom, won’t it?
