Dear Friends:
President Trump today mentioned how Kamala Devi Harris once identified with her [Asian] Indian heritage and now identifies as black.
That brings up: The U.S. Constitution, ArtII.S1.C5.1 Qualifications for the Presidency
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office …”
Attorney Orly Taitz raises some questions about this as applied to Kamala Harris.
Read the Lex Greene column: Natural Born Citizen Clause Still Ignored
He writes: here we are fifteen years later, with Kamala Harris sitting in the VEEP seat and now, running for President of the United States, whose father Donald J. Harris, was a legal citizen of Jamaica, not the USA. She was never eligible to be Vice President, much less President. But who cares, right?
Her parents were here on green cards.
Greene says she was not eligible for VP or president.
It has everything to do with parentage.
