INGRASSIA: The Supreme Court’s Attack On Free Speech Proves The Federalist Society Can No Longer Be Trusted As An Authority For Selecting Judges In A Second Trump Administration
These judges should know by now that any time you put a but in front or after any rights protected by the constitution automatically disqualifies whatever reasoning someone is attempting to use as unconstitutional.
From the article, “This was the decision to punt the all-important issue of whether the government can censor social media platforms.”
The same goes for the word censor! Since when is the government authorized to “censor” free speech? This is not as if you have to be a genius to apply some common sense. But of course this is one thing common with colleges and universities, they will teach book knowledge and no common sense!
