In my opinion, this is a case of unfair bias from the judge. The claimant, Ms. Carroll, claims in her lawsuit that she has DNA evidence from the alleged rapist. How is it that the judge will not allow Trump to submit to a DNA test that could prove his innocence?
Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Democrat appointed by Bill Clinton, said Trump’s offer, which came after years of litigation in E. Jean Carroll’s suit, was too late in the process, per CNBC. The lawsuit was files 85 days ago, not “years”. The plaintiff, Ms. Carroll, claims she has the preserved dress from the incident that bears stains that have tested positive for male DNA. The judge says it’s too late in the process, per court doc.

Trump refused at an earlier stage in the litigation, four years ago. Now he’s simply playing for time
