Honestly….I was blown away by this post. It is very well written. No beating around the bush, just straight to the point and getting to the heart of the matter so that there is no guessing, or coming to any conclusions, other than what the writer means. It reminds me of the old movie, “The White Feather.” If I remember correctly, the ‘disgraced’ in the movie vindicated himself in the end, but that was fiction and this isn’t.

I don’t know anything about law, but I do know that Judge Carter has complimented Orly on her intelligence in the past, & told others not to underestimate her. Even after everything, I wonder if he left a loophole…………? I don’t see anywhere (in my very UNtrained eye) that he mentions that Orly was wrong about the ineligibility of Obama. Personally, I’m angered by his dismissal of our military in that callous way, and the personal attacks on Orly that she isn’t able to defend, and I still wonder why. Afterall, he was the ONLY judge so far to listen to the case on merit, and seemed to want to continue quickly back in Sept. if it hadn’t been for someone begging for more time. Was that Kreep or the Defense who stalled? I can’t remember. Something drastic happened in that month’s time. Would love to know what it was.

Well, it looks to me that he lacked the courage to do the right thing. The reasons he gave were flimsy. Accusing Dr. Orly without giving her a chance to defent herself. I have never seen judges so corrupt. I always thought that judges were about justice. Not so any more. I just pray that some honest judge will step up and hear this case soon.
