    I’m confused! That is, Mueller is working under the guidelines and authority given to him by AG Rosestein.

    If that’s the case, then who gave Rosenstein such guidelines and authority? No end date to the investigation, no budget restrictions, Mueller can do whatever he wants, even going after Trumps personal lawyer.

    In the Manafort case, it has nothing to do with with the Trump campaign or the Russian collusion.
