Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Breitbart News Tonight on Monday that Attorney General Jeff Sessions should withdraw his recusal from the Department of Justice’s investigation into Trump associates — at least as far as it considers President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen.

    This recusal has gone too far – he should resign. I don’t know how he can look at himself in the mirror.

    He’ll never resign. Either Trump will have some spine and will fire both Rosenstein and Sessions or Trump needs to shut up. I’m done. I am fed up with Trump’s complaining and doing nothing

    I read that Trump is having problems finding another attorney…

    Well, I have a great solution:…

    Why not see if Dershowitz and/or Napolitano are available?

    These two guys would be extra fine to be of help, Mr President!

    And why not get Dowd back?

    And Dershowitz says that Sessions can “un-recuse” himself…????

    I didn’t know this could be done?

    Or is Sessions just oo embedded in the Swamp and not wanting to come out into the “light?”

    I believe someone is giving some bad advice to Trump. He’s within his legal power and authority to send Rip Van Winkle Sessions packing. He needs to do it like yesterday!
