    This was an act of a totally broken human being.
    He and his infant brother were adopted when he was small.
    His adoptive Father died from heart attack when boy was 6 years old.
    His adoptive Mother raised the boys alone since then and she died last year from Flu complications.

    after the police was called to their house 39 times and FBI was contacted repeatedly, there was supposed to be a motion by either the AG or US attorney to send him for psychiatric evaluation and confiscate his guns, as he was a threat to others. The system did not work
