    The explanation for the missing texts was “misconfiguration issues related to rollouts, provisioning, and software upgrades that conflicted with the FBI’s collection capabilities.”

    Begging the question – are any other agents’ texts missing during this critical time period, or only those of Strzok and his “accomplice”. If not, why not?
