   These judges who think they are the supreme law of the land need to be smacked down by the scotus.

   I don’t see how these lower level judges can overrule the POTUS! Much less when they are ruling on something that was un-constitutional in the first place, such as DACA!!

   KBB…I think the same thing, constantly.

   It does not make sense and I wrote that
   elsewhere. The PRESIDENT is the
   one who is ‘Supreme’ and I mean that
   in a mortal (human), as well as
   an ethical sense.

   Just think of all the ‘EXECUTIVE
   ORDERS’ Obama issued, illegitimately.

   @ KBB, that’s how our country got so messed up. That is, judges making laws out of an un-constitutional thing (DACA). We can blame that one on the Republicans for not doing something about it back then.

   Hat’s off to president Trump, who has the “guts”, by himself, to change things to make them right.

   I suppose, one day, before both of his terms run out, if a certain court gives him too much trouble, he’ll have the “guts” to (de-fund?) it, let those judges sit there without getting paid. I’m pretty certain he can do that. That needs to be done to set an example to the other courts, that they are to interpret the laws and not to create them.

   Whenever one of these corrupt brings a decision like this after SCOTUS has cleared the Pres., charge and arrest them for treason. The rest would soon get the message.
