    When that committee is headed by a crook, such as Brady, and all names and settlement amounts are kept secret, there’s nothing to prevent crooked Brady from getting a woman to falsely accuse a member of Congress of abuse, Brady then makes the payment settlement to the accuser, they split the money and the case is closed.
