    Orly: can Trump bypass Congress and just write an E.O. to get the bill to become law?

    And it’s hard to believe that these people in Congress are messing with this!

    If it doesn’t pass, then, we need Trump to get on TV and tell the American people just who is responsible for this latest fiasco!
