    McCain was born in Panama at the Colon Panama Hospital. He may be a citizen of Panama but I do not know. I have a copy of the Panama Birth Certificate. He is the Son of an Admiral and grandson of another Admiral. The Hays-Bunau-Varilla Treaty provided Americans with use of Panama territory and use of the Panama Canal but nothing else. Americans were allowed to keep troops in Panama Canal Zone but only to protect the Canal zone. When the American troops shot 22 Panamanian students the troops were kicked out along with everyone else. They had no authority to do what they did. In 1936 there was no such thing as derivative citizenship which leave McCain high and dry except for his Panamanian citizenship. He never ever was a citizen of the USA. What Pelosi did is worthless because it was not ratified by 3/4 of the States. The 1790 Naturalization law which gave derivative citizenship was repealed in 1795.
