    Is this judge a US citizen? I have seen illegal alien state judges before along with illegal alien legislators in California.

    she has the case in her courtroom. The case will go back to the Supreme Court and the Supremes will issue a decision on the merits and will overwrite her

    Another douche bag pretending to be a judge. Our gutless RINOS in congress need to step up and start removing these corrupt judges who want to legislate from the bench.
