373 approved		 . . . Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) told reporters upon emerging from the meeting. “We’re still educating members.” . . .

These Repub elites are disgusting. They’ve had more than 8 years to “educate members”. It’s very apparent that they are dragging their feet on everything connected to Pres. Trump to deny him success. They would rather lose the majority than see Trump succeed at anything on his agenda.
Time to replace Paul Ryan. Mark Meadows needs to bring a motion to vacate the Chair, meaning replace the Speaker. We need a Speaker, who will explain to members that they will get zero funds from RNC if they do not vote to repeal Obamacare
