Press Release: President Trump appoints Rod Rosenstein as the new Deputy AG, to lead Russian probe, however Rosenstein, as MD US Atty, fought Taitz and sought to cover up Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425
President Trump appointed MD US Atty, Rod Rosenstein, to be number 2 in the Department of Justice, to be the Deputy Attorney General to replace the acting Deputy AG Boente. Rosenstein’s confirmation hearing is scheduled for Tuesday. Since AG Sessions recused himself from the probe of the possible Russian connection to Trump campaign, Rosenstein will be in charge of this effort. He will be the one to make a decision whether to file any criminal charges against any campaign officials and whether to appoint a special prosecutor.
Rosenstein is a Republican, however, there are all kinds of Republicans. Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham and Darryl Issa are also Republicans, however they ganged up on Sessions.
Rosenstein was previously appointed by Bush to sit on the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, however he was blocked by the Democrats and he subsequently became the US Attorney for Maryland.
In 2014 Attorney Orly Taitz filed a Freedom of Information (FOIA)complaint against the acting commissioner of the Social Security Administration, Carolyn Colvin. Taitz provided the presiding judge, Ellen Hollander, Obama appointee, with evidence that Barack Obama is using while in the White House a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was originally assigned to Harrison J. Bounel, presumed to be deceased with no heirs. The case was filed in MD, where the Social Security Administration is located. As a US Attorney, Rosenstein was in charge of defending the acting commissioner of SSA, Colvin, and indirectly defending of Obama. As a Republican, who cared about Justice and the rule of law, Rosenstein could choose not to defend Obama, however he didn’t.
Originally, the SSA claimed that they could not provide Taitz with the original application to SSN 042-68-4425 (SS-5) filed by Bounel due to privacy. Taitz responded that according to SSAs own 110 year rule, privacy could no longer be used as a defense, as Bounel was born in 1890 and SSA had to release the original application. At that point SSA claimed that they could no longer find the record in their computer database, even though originally the record existed and they originally refused to release it due to privacy. Taitz responded that the computer database could be changed at any time. Computer records can be deleted, added and changed in multiple ways. Further, Taitz advised the court that she suspected that Bounel’s record associated was the Social Security number 042-68-4425 was changed in the database by Harry Ballantyne, former SSA actuary, since records show that at some point Obama also used the Social Security number of Lucille Ballantyne, Harry Ballantyne’s deceased mother.
US Atty Rosenstein did not deny that SSN 042-68-4425 was assigned to Bounel. He did not deny that Barack Obama is using a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425. His only argument was that the Social Security administration rules do not require the SSA officials to provide that actual application to the SSN, that they are allowed to search only in the computer database and they are not required to search for the actual application even in the face of such egregious fraud and possibly the most egregious case of treason in the US history.
Judge Ellen Hollander agreed with Rosenstein and dismissed the case stating that the Social Security administration is allowed to search the computer databases only and is not required to search for the original application. The same happened in Hawaii. They refused to produce the actual birth certificate in spite of subpoena. (Harry Bllantyne died around the time this lawsuit was filed in MD, Loretta Fuddy was the only casualty of a small plane accident around the time the case was filed in Hawaii)
Now, Mr. Rosenstein might have a couple of defenses to what he did. He might claim that if he were to refuse to defend Colvin and Obama, he would have been fired from his position of the US Atty for Maryland by Obama, just as Sally Yates was fired by Pres. Trump for refusing to defend his executive order. However, other attorneys resigned from Obama’s Justice department in protest, among them J Christian Adams. Mr. Rosenstein had a duty to do the right thing and he didn’t.
He also can claim that the case was handled by his subordinates and his name was just listed on the pleadings and he did not know what was going on. However, this case dealt with the use of a stolen Social Security number by the president of the US. It is hard to believe that Mr. Rosenstein was not in the loop. Typically, assistant US Attorneys brief their bosses about the high profile cases.
Lastly, it is possible that President Trump appointed Mr. Rosenstein to be the number 2 in the Justice Department because Mr. Rosenstein was the US Atty in MD, he routinely dealt with complaints against the SSA, he knows all the ins and outs there, he knows where all the bodies are buried in the SSA and he might be the best person to go after the original SS-5, the original application to Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was assigned to Harrison J. Bounel and which was stolen by Barack Obama.
At any rate, as deputy Attorney General of the United States, Mr. Rosenstein owes a duty to We the People of the United Stated to clean up this mess, to undo the wrong and to provide the public with the original application to this CT SSA 042-68-4425, which is being fraudulently used by Obama. Maybe, he should appoint a special prosecutor to handle this case. Maybe, this special prosecutor should be California Attorney Orly Taitz, who uncovered all the evidence against Obama and who diligently and doggedly pursued it for the past nine years.

Replacing Obama’s #2 by Trump’s #2 in the DOJ is a good thing in itself, taking into account the rising heat there. In the light of the new explosive discoveries, Sessions should rescind his recusal, if this is possible at all, and appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the wire tapping. This will drag into itself other issues such as SSN, IRS, Lerner and massive data destruction, and many other things.

Orly, I got your e-mail on Pres. Trump appoints Rod Rosenstein as the new Deputy AG. I’ve read the article on your fight with SSA, Rod Rosenstein and the Judge to get FOIA info from SSA about Harry Bruenell SSN. I misspelled his name. I understand that your request has been denied at least twice. The first time the request was denied because the access to the data base record was denied a few years ago, because not enough time has passed (since original application for SSN). The second time, there was enough time that passed by, but SSA could not find the record in the data base. The 3rd time the request was denied with the help of Mr. R. Rosenstein who has upheld the SSA rule that SSA does the search for records only in the data base. SSA has no obligation to search for the original application for the SSN. I understand that you have informed the SSA that data base records could be changed and therefore there may be an acute need to find the original (paper) application for the SSN. Mr. Rosenstein was defending SSA position before the judge who used that rational to deny you the request for the info.
I think that SSA rule is faulty and should not be allowed to deny meaningful requests for the info. But in a sense when Mr. Rosenstein was defending SSA, he was protecting his real employer, Mr. Obama ( perhaps, via directives of the AG current at the time.)
The Q is would Mr. Rosenstein be effective as Deputy AG for Trump Administration? Would Mr. R rather protect his previous employer?
Additional question is how has the current AG arrived at his choice of Mr. R for Deputy AG?
What is the most pressing concern of the current AG? How to get help for managing DOJ? The answer is likely to be to get as Deputy one of the top officers of previous AG. This is likely not to be the previous AG, but someone with a bit lesser rank. So it seems that Mr. R was someone current AG knows about and has good qualifications. But most likely current AG does not know about Mr. R participation in FOIA lawsuit with you as the plaintiff.
However, the idea to choose a Deputy AG from existing DOJ that is of Obama Administration officers in DOJ is likely to be erroneous. This is because this pool of choices is not likely to be friendly to Trump Administration.
I think Trump Administration needs to tap other sources to select a Deputy AG: Rudi Giuliani – he may give good references for Deputy AG; Mark Levin (former Deputy AG?) for the same, Congressman Gohmert; Trey Goudy; Lawyers that Trump knows in person; his Sister may give references on her own, being a lawyer; Dr. Orly Taitz; Texas AG; Former Governor of Alaska, who Trump has not tapped yet for anything.
Why the above choice is so important?
Trump Administration has not received good legal guidance for General Flint. That resulted in his resignation. Current AG has recused himself from personally addressing investigation of Trump Administration contacts with Russians. I think this was entirely an unnecessary move.
In addition the current situation rapidly escalates as Mr. O has gotten himself into Water Gate type wiretapping scandal. This brings up rapidly a lot of pressure on the current AG and his Deputy AG. I am skeptical that each of them are helpful for Trump Administration. To resolve this problem, the consultations are necessary with sincere consultants outside of Trump Administration. A partial list is above.
Further, Once Mr. O is subject of Wiretapping scandal, he may become unexpectedly fast subject of Dr. Orly Taitz lawsuits. The Current Deputy AG is not the best environment to do it. As well as Sessions may be not good enough to do it with. He seems to slide, not enough skills under pressure.
Finally, Mr. Trump may need to pay Rudy Giuliani to assemble a shadow consulting group, and play modeling games with that group in order to obtain skilled legal and State wise guidance, since Rudy was NYC Mayor- this is Governance experience for very large metropolitan area. Giuliani legal advice maybe priceless. This group may include State Governors as well as prosecutors, and prominent lawyers.

It is obvious that the democratic party is the enemy from within. They have our industry and commerce regulated out of business. The certificate says Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Mombassa, Kenya.
