   Democrats have us shut down as usual. This problem can be traced to drug addiction. We must start addressing the drug addiction epidemic. It goes hand and hand with sex addiction. It has always been considered a serious security problem and was never tolerated in government. Now it is our most serious problem because the corruption in government feeds on it. In the past most administrations required a drug test for a security clearance. Clinton refused and that opened the door.
