    Very smart move!

    And Trumper, get that National Enquirer today on the front cover is something you need to become aware of…(if you have not already been informed of)?

    The problem is that O wants to impeach you, to he can come back and see if he can con anyone into believing that we should alter the Constitution-(fat chance!), so he can try for a 3rd term????

    How ignorant can this guy get?

    In the meantime Trump should be calling for en banc hearing from 9th Circuit because he has nothing to lose and our safety to gain until Gorsuch is hopefully confirmed.

    Chief Judge already ordered the parties to submit a brief whether en ban hearing should be conducted. The brief is due by Thursday
