The 9th Circuit Court has become very similar to the Israeli Supreme Court under Aharon Bahar who said that everything is “judgeable” and under this pretext they interfered with the actions of the Israeli army. Judge Robert H. Bork had written about this extensively, for instance, in a book “A Country I do not Recognize” – the legal assault on American values. In another book, “Coercing Virtue,” Judge Bork wrote about “The worldwide rule of Judges” and explicitly discussed the interference with the workings of the government and with National Security in Israel.

There was a typo – Aharon Barak, not Bahar
