The 9th circuit decision was based on the fact that the EO affected Green Card holders and residents – even though President Trump corrected it with a directive.

President Trump should withdraw the original EO, making the court decision irrelevant.

He could then reissue the EO excluding residents and green card holders.

that is one of the options, though legally he has a right to repeal all visas, including green cards, which is a form of a 5 year visa

The court’s treatment of Trump’s immigration control order is evidence of the flesh eating disease rotting our US government.

I don’t know how you were able to withstand such abuse yourself again and again in the many years you so bravely tried to have the law upheld by these so called ‘justices’. Now even President Trump gets the same arrogant treatment. I hope he truly can drain the swamp.

Until a judge, a politician or one of the elitists are charged and sent to prison as an example, nothing will change. All four judges should be impeached!

Did the full treasonous court exceed their authority or just a 3 judge panel?

Still say they have no JX to hear case on national security of keeping dangerous foreigners out. I would not listen to unlawful judicial order. Paul Ryan needs to be impeached if he does not start leading charge on impeaching these traitorous judges.

Doesn’t President Trump have Constitutional attorneys in his cabinet?

If not, he needs to get one or more to act as councelors for just such situations!

Dr Alan Keyes has a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law! He’s be a good source for Trump!

If only 3 judge panel stay the decision until Trump can get an enbanc hearing at 9th?

Pamela, you know that en banc will be dominated by liberal judges, it is a waste of time. Trump is issuing a new order, will go to the Supreme Court

Rush Limbaugh quoted this supreme court decision today in support of Trump’s executive order. It states that decisions on foreign policy are political, not judicial.

“They are decisions of a kind for which the Judiciary has neither aptitude, facilities nor responsibility and have long been held to belong in the domain of political power not subject to judicial intrusion or inquiry.”

“The court below considered, and we think quite rightly, that it could not review such provisions of the order as resulted from Presidential direction. The President, both as Commander-in-Chief and as the Nation’s organ for foreign affairs, has available intelligence services whose reports neither are nor ought to be published to the world. It would be intolerable that courts, without the relevant information, should review and perhaps nullify actions of the Executive taken on information properly held secret. Nor can courts sit in camera in order to be taken into executive confidences. But even if courts could require full disclosure, the very nature of executive decisions as to foreign policy is political, not judicial. Such decisions are wholly confided by our Constitution to the political departments of the government, Executive and Legislative. They are delicate, complex, and involve large elements of prophecy. They are and should be undertaken only by those directly responsible to the people whose welfare they advance or imperil. They are decisions of a kind for which the Judiciary has neither aptitude, facilities nor responsibility and have long been held to belong in the domain of political power not subject to judicial intrusion or inquiry. Coleman v. Miller, 307 U.S. 433, 454 , 982, 122 A.L.R. 695; United States v. Curtiss-Wright Corporation, 299 U.S. 304, 319 -321, 220, 221; Oetjen v. Central Leather Co., 246 U.S. 297, 302 , 310. [333 U.S. 103 , 112] We therefore agree that whatever of this order emanates from the President is not susceptible of review by the Judicial Department.

This country owes the citizens of this country justice and and a living. We do not owe the illegal aliens or legal aliens which totals up to 50 to 100 million a living or justice or anything else.

Like I said before, Trump nor anyone in the executive branch has to listen to an unlawful order by the 9th Circuit or even the Supreme Court-especially the post obama SCOTUS where 2 judges were unlawfully seated by a Constitutional usurper Obama.

I was told by someone that each judgeship is a unique position and all Congress and Trump has to do is stop funding for the position – so no burdensome impeachment needed.
