Will AG Sessions file criminal charges against judges who commit a crime of violations of oath of office to defend the constitution?

COURT KEEPS DOORS OPEN
Trump admin is likely to simply stop issuing new visas to citizens from countries known as a hot-bed of terrorism and will not renew or extend any existing visas. The end result will be the same. Moreover, Trump admin will use the existing laws to deport ones who use welfare programs and will seek reimbursement from their relative and employer sponsors.  By the end of 4 years the number of immigrants from these countries will go down significantly.
I believe the government will file an application for STAY with Justice Kennedy. If it does not work, they will prosecute the case and will seek the Supreme Court decision when Gorsuch is confirmed.

My question if they fail to uphold their path, why wouldn’t he get rid of them?

I guess you don’t know anything about US law if you think that a division of the administrative branch of law can file criminal charges against the judicial branch.

Aren’t you and immigrant and a Jew? Go home, Jew!
