Boston Judge Unblocks Trump Travel Ban, Asks “Where Does It Say Muslim Countries?”

Why aren’t the lawyers looking at and using the Federal Court decision in Boston, which is at conflict with ridiculous lift ban decision?

  1. Because the ban was lifted by a judge, many very bad and dangerous people may be pouring into our country. A terrible decision

  2. What is our country coming to when a judge can halt a Homeland Security travel ban and anyone, even with bad intentions, can come into U.S.?

One does not need to be an attorney or Judge to see that this judgement is contrived. There is absolutely no substance to his order.

This SJW turned judge is no different than any of the judges you appeared before with the ObamaForgeryGate cases thru the years. Here he claims standing, not for the standing of our safety but for the standing of the Leftist agenda which is attempt to thwart anything Trump does. He is subverting our Constitution just like Obama did over & over.

What nonsense! This judge’s writing ignores the the United States Code — which gives the President clear, express, blanket authority to issue the immigration control orders he signed.

The judge doesn’t present any tangible basis for issuiing such a serious restraining order against a President’s lawful decision.

This Judge is a shill. How did he ever get appointed to a Federal Court?

His restraining order is the judicial equivalent of vaporware.

I believe there is a smoke screen going on out there by the establishment. A stall for time to cover their tracks for all the corruption of the last ten years. They are also attempting to shape the minds of the potential jurors. And to hang on to the deficit spending as long as possible.

… and it may go deeper:

    From VOAT, pizzagate:

James Robart, the Seattle federal judge who recently blocked the travel ban of President Trump has interesting past affiliations… (pizzagate)
submitted 18 hours ago by daj

    His past affiliations:
Former President and Trustee, Seattle Children’s Home
Former Co-Chair of the Second Century Society (Boy Scouts of America Foundation)
Former Co-Chair, Trustee, Member, State Advisory Board of the Children’s Home Society of Washington
Attained his law degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. in 1973
    Info: https://www.wawd.uscourts.gov/judges/robart-bio
I also found an article related to child sex abuse at the Children’s Home Society: https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/former-counselor-pleads-guilty-to-child-sex-abuse/
Makes you wonder what a federal judge can get away with…

Big picture conspiracy thinking here: If Trump and his inner circle are all aware of the pedo problem and are indeed about to move forward with arrests after the Jeff Sessions confirmation, Trump’s whole motivation for the travel ban could have been to prevent a distraction false-flag attack from foreign trained (programmed) operatives.
I’ve been thinking that if Trump has been informed of the big picture, and how bad things actually are, then he and his people have planned out these steps in advance, which is why he’s moving so quickly. He understands the false-flag attack well, he can’t explain all of this in the time he has, so people are left to think it’s only about extremist islam. The problem is much more complex when you take into the account the ‘hidden-hand’, Dycorp, CIA terror attack programming etc.
It is my opinion that Trump is using the travel ban to prevent a terrorist attack to that he can neutralize the true threats within the intelligence agencies, and shadow government agents cooperating with Soros-Bush-Clinton crime syndicates.

Trump’s tweets place the safety of the American people squarely on this judge. You can’t sue a judge but you can charge him with treason.
He better hope no one gets hurt or diseased from these immigrants. Trump may make an example out of him regardless.
    From Article 8 section 1182
    (f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

You can also ignore an unlawful judiciary ruling. National security trumps any judge even SCOTUS.

Can President Trump take this order to the MA judge, to get it legal for now, until Sessions gets confirmed?
