    Cutting the EPA in half is a good start if this administration has a plan to eliminate the EPA entirely. Each state has their own form of EPA.
    All capital raised through litigation from the EPA should go to back to the treasury and all litigation products of the EPA ceased. The EPA should have been trying to work with the people of this country rather that against them. The EPA is a left wing operation as is the DHS, BLM, TSA, NLRB, NEA, Dept. of Energy and many others.
