Mr. Obama has failed to provide documentation for each of his parents being US citizens prior to his birth. In particular, Mr. Obama father has been a British citizen but not a US citizen as Mr.Obama books testify.

Therefore, Mr. Obama is an ineligible Federal employee according to Title 18, United States Code, Section 912 provides that “[w]hoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer * * * acting under the authority of the United States * * * , and acts as such, or in such pretended capacity demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined * * * or imprisoned not more than three years, or both”.

    Something that has been bothering me for quite some time:

    If obama is his birth dane and he was adopted, didn’t he take his adopted fathers last name? We have seen school records where he was listed with his stepfathers name and was declared to be a muslim.

    Has anyone ever found a record where he went to court and re-aquired his birth name. If he did not then nothing he has signed is valid or legal. Obama would just be a AKa (aLSO kNOWN AS).

    Just wondering
