    CEO Maloney will need to resign. He has created what Human Resources class a “hostile work environment” under the lie of tolerance. We refer every employee to file an EEOC complaint as well as a complaint with Human Resources. Our experience is that lawsuits based on this command large financial penalties. This seems pretty cut and dried. No resolution will be accepted less than his resignation. He is unfit to lead any corporation. You have to be neutral, your words always dictate company policy. When you are a CEO. Indra Nooyi are you paying attention?
