   We will remain at 8. We do not need more corrupt lawyers in black robes raping this country. In addition Sotomayor, Ginsburg, Kennedy and the homosexual judge who will be purged and remain nameless can all be impeached now for violating the most basic tenet of law : when you are exposed to a case which you have predetermined bias, you recuse yourself. All 4 have blatantly violated our rights and justice multiple times in failing to do this alone. There will be discussions in Congress now, we are laying the groundwork. Now we take everything from them. Treason can be punished with no less.

   I would bet significant amounts of money that Ruth Bader-Ginsberg was lying. A dishonest Supreme Court justice is a terrible thing. Let’s see if she is true to her word.

   We should abolish the SCOTUS. We should revise the super majorities required to override a veto or to sustain an impeachment. These requirements gave us the dictator Obama. The Peoples voice was silenced and The Congress was made helpless by these requirements. Our framers argued about this but ended up making a big mistake. Anytime that there is a democrat in the White House and a mere 34 democratic senators in office the people are powerless. That is how we got the Clintons and Obama. And the four possible drug and sex addicts on the SCOTUS as well.

    The congress could impeach 5 of the current justices for finding Obamacare constitutional because it was a tax bill started in the senate which exempted Muslims. All tax bills must be started in the house. Exempting a religious sect from taxation while taxing all others violates the 1st and 13th and 14th amendments.
    1st Favoring one religion over another
    13th Slavery. Non-Muslims must pay the cost of Muslim health care.
    14th Equal justice under the law
    Trump could appoint 6 new justices in the first 60 days of his administration.

    Trump could have congress impeach Ginsberg for her comments about him when he was a candidate. If he checks Obama’s ID, he could remove 2 more. But, removing 5 justices for the Obamacare fiasco is best, because he could get Roberts out with the liberals and avoid the charge of partisanship. This action would send a lesson to the court for generations. It’s about following the supreme law of the land.

    There won’t be a criminal case, and nor should there be. A divided country cannot be great, and Trump himself now recognizes that. SCOTUS, the majorities needed for impeachment – these are set in the Constitution, and you cannot criticize Obama for disregarding the Constitution if we do the same. In this country, political opponents are not jailed, and it would not be in Trump’s interests to create a precedent that might one day come back to bite him.

    Trump does not need to impeach Obama, he needs to criminally prosecute Obama and Clinton. By the way, they are not his opponents any more. By prosecution he will reveal the magnitude of their corruption and will destroy their money machine for years to come. Further, it will allow Trump to get rid of the Obamacare without 60 senate votes. He’ll do it with 52 votes

    And I have written Trump a couple of times to ask/recommend that Orly be considered for one of the SC Judgeships!

    But didn’t know exactly what Orlys’ preference was, at that time.

    So, Orly, I have sent a couple of emails to you, but am not sure they arrived?

    I continue to have a problem trying to post, sometimes, as something seems to be blocking me!

    But don’t know why, at this point, since the election is over!

    And yes, I think it’s also strange that Hillary could come up with more popular votes…but I think it’s due to her cheating the way she has always done things!

    And maybe some NWO/Soros rigged machines!

    We saw this in Pa. and I thought that Soros was going to help Clinton out, big time?

    But, thank God, Trump won this…man, I can’t wait till he takes the Oath and starts to “dismantle” all the B.S. we’ve been saddled with!

    And I saw in our local paper an article on the lack of Congress to do its job of impeaching a President…and doing its job…

    And here are the provisions within our Constitution (and I haven’t had time to check this), but they have been ignored by way too many of the NWO types in Congress..

    These items in our Constitution are:
    1. Section 5, Article1…
    2. Section 4, Article2… and…
    3. Section 3, 14th Amendment!

    I do hope the writer got this correcy?!

    And in the Nov. 6th edition of the Cedar Rapids, Iowa Gazette Paper…

    I found a column from Reuters, of all names, that the Clinton Foundation confirms a $1 million dollar gift from Qatar while Clinton was SOS!

    And the Foundation only used about 5 to 6 % of the money received for actual charity work.

    The other part is a “kitty” for the family! So she lied in the debates on her saying 90% of the money was used for real charity!
