Clarification on rigged machines

Some people are saying that machines need to be watched.

Answer from Orly:

you can’t just watch. If the machines are programmed to give higher weight to Clinton votes, just watching will not help, you need a law suit, a discovery and analysis of the software, as it functioned during the election

    It always goes one way, from Trump to HRC – does not it? Do we know of the cases when the switching was reversed?

    The Soros machines are the one we need to really get serious about!

    In Iowa, they are not present, from what I understand!
