Obviously, Reuters included as “Democrats”:  illegal aliens, disenfranchised felons, multiple or repeat voters, deceased, departed, and moved persons not removed from registration lists, boxes of ballots squirreled away in warehouses, to be produced in case of close races, and “voting machine irregularities” not otherwise accounted for.
