    I would think this mis-interpretation of The Constitution would be grounds for impeachment.

    Obama knew he would never win this case. It was all a set up to use and deceive the illegals that ACORN (now known as Community organizations International) got stolen identity theft false ID’s for them to vote democrat. They will be the bodies they need for all the Obamaphones and other $trillions of dollars Obama has spent to keep them supporters. They will also lett them use their names to vote. Why? Because the democrats know that they have and always be complacent and not show up to vote if a new video game comes out near election day. They have what they need and don’t have to work for it, not to mention many of them are crack heads. This has been the democrats reason for the massive increases in illegals and moving them to “undisclosed locations” all over. What about all of those poor unaccompanied children? Where are they? Has anyone heard of any local orphanages advertising we need to find homes for these poor children? No and you won’t because their parents are here. They were smuggled in first. The evil and the deceit of the democrats is treasonous and election rigging is a felony. Congress should push though a bill that says anyone caught in voter fraud and using false ID’s will have a minimum sentence of 2 years in prison, no tv’s or any other forms of entertainment and then deported and get it to the senate to vote on it and send it to Obama to sign it. I’ll bet you only a handful of democrats will vote for it…and Obama will veto it declaring that is is racism

    We can all bet that ACORN now known as “Community Organizations International” has been signing up illegals for fraud voting. When is a real journalist that is not afraid of Obama and Hillary retaliation going to expose this?

    the congress will have to remove them via impeachment. They can impeach as GOP has the majority, but will have a hard time removing, as they will need 2/3 in the senate and GOP has only 54 seats in the senate

    Do it. At least 3 liberals failed to recuse themselves on cases where they had previous bias and deliberate involvement in. Ginsburg conducted a gay marriage and then voted in favor. Kagan was extensively involved in Obamacare and then voted for it. These are serious crimes and impeachable
