    My personal opinion is that obummer is preventing anything being done to protect the electrical grid in his effort to punish the US for his imagined US transgressions against his fellow muslims.

    From just looking at this photo, one would think that (Maybe-???) all they need is to seal these grids over with several inches/feet of solid lead????

    And that would stop any problem with any emp attack?????

    Are there any professionals out there that could either confirm this or not?

    And if not, explain what needs to be done, asap!

    This all should have been corrected by one of the (R)’s from the last 50 years!!!

    Or a combination of several of them!
