    If kristol wanted to impress some one with his opinion and perception he would mention the fact that cruz can not possibly be a “Natural Born” U.S. citizen.

    Or is he just one more fool who thinks that cruz’s mother alone (even though she may have renounced her U.S.citizenship), could bestow “Natural Born” U.S. citizenship on her son, and his father had no influence or say over his sons allegiances, or that being born in a foreign nation could not possibly effect his loyalties or allegiances?

    I cannot find it at the moment but one of the 4 listings under naturalization laws list a citizen wife and a alien father. Why is this category being totally ignored by Ted Cruz and others which has no derivative citizenship. A divorce by Rafael Cruz and Elizabeth Darragh in 1997 sure does not negate the law. Raphael Cruz
    is still the father under the law.
