Obama Cites Lack of `Day After’ Plan in Libya as Biggest Mistake
However, one wonders whether this was a mistake or a policy by the US and specifically CIA to topple Qaddafi and ship his weapons to the rebels in Syria, which precipitated 5 years of Syrian civil war. Reportedly, 250,000 were killed in this war, 10 million, nearly half of the population of Syria, are displaced. This led to massive invasion of Syrian migrants into Europe, terrorist acts there, rise in crime, particularly rapes of women and children and dire social problems, which will take decades to solve, if ever.

Did you see how long it took to answer Wallace’s question?
Obviously, he did not get this question in advance. He was slow to respond to an on the spot question. No teleprompter there to hold his hand.
