Ted Cruz Must Prove Eligibility To New Jersey Secretary of State In Hearing April 11th
Professor Victor Williams is a little-known candidate for president of the United States in 2016 whose name may soon become a household word. He is on the ballot in nine states and has chosen to use his “Competitor Candidate Standing” to potentially strike and disqualify Canadian born Ted Cruz from 8 State Ballots. Williams, an attorney and law professor, also pledges he will litigate to invalidate fraudulent elections should Ted Cruz not be disqualified.
Each filing alleges that Rafael Ted Cruz obtained ballot access by fraudulently, misrepresenting his eligibility as a Canadian-born, and not a natural born American citizen. Each charge demands that the Secretary of State provide Williams with immediate remedy for ballot fraud in specific ways.
New Jersey may be of concern for particular concern for the Canadian immigrant. On April 8, 2016 Mr. Williams posted an alert on his campaign website headlined “Ted Cruz risks primary disqualification in New Jersey resulting from charges of ballot access fraud.”
He goes on to detail that a primary ballot disqualification hearing has been scheduled by the Secretary of State for Monday, April 11 at 9:00 a.m. in Mercerville, New Jersey.The alert states, “Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from several late-primary ballots: ‘Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a ‘natural born’ American citizen.’ Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada and held his resulting Canadian citizenship until May 2014. Cruz is a naturalized (not natural born) American citizen.”
Cruz may not even be a naturalized US citizen as he has not provided that proof either and has been unwilling to do so. We’ll hopefully learn the truth in that regard on April 11th as well.
According to the post, “Williams’ fraud charges had quick effect in New Jersey. Rather than accepting Cruz’s ballot petition when filed last week, the Secretary of State (Kim Guadagno), scheduled the unusual Administrative Law hearing for April 11. The Canadian-born Cruz must prove that he did not falsely certify his eligibility for office.
Cruz’s ballot eligibility is also being challenged in California, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington.
Victor Williams warns he will sue if Cruz is not disqualified from New Jersey’s June 7th primary. Williams has a unique litigation strategy; he became a late-entrant GOP presidential candidate. Now his ‘competitor candidate’ status provides the strongest ofstandings upon which to challenge Cruz.”
A previous suit in Pennsylvania brought by a Pennsylvania citizen as a voter was dismissed on March 11th, not upon the Constitutional requirement of being natural born, but upon precedent within the state. Although no previous challenge or verification had taken place which would have been required to provide such a precedent, it did provide a convenient way for a judge to allow Cruz to remain in the race. It’s similar to the protective cover utilized as excuses for judicial cowards not to rule on Hussein Obama. It seems Mr. Wiliams has found an arbiter with backbone in New Jersey.
His posting points out that “Williams is registered/declared as a write-in candidate for the GOP presidential nomination in multiple states. Such ‘write-in’ candidates are considered ‘genuine opposition’ regardless of actual chances or support. Example: Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski.”

Looks like Ted Cruz is going to get what is coming to Him.
What is hard to understand under the Naturalization law is how he declares only his mother and not his father as a parent do to a divorce between his parents in 1997 Harris County Texas. His father is still his father and what does a divorce have in regard to a Alien father who was there at birth in Canada.

And wasn’t Cruz breaking federal law by becoming a U.S. Senator… and signing the Senate’s paperwork… while still a Canadian citizen? The legal term is “personification” I believe. He impersonated a U.S. citizen in becoming a high government official in doing so.

Standing: The presumption of authority to ignore even the most egregious of violations of law or our Constitution because the court or person of authority has no respect or regard for common citizenry.
Perhaps “law enforcement” should consider the “standing” of their drug crazed informants before sending “swat teams” to the homes of innocent citizens primed to shoot at any perceived resistance.

Wow thank you Orly for posting a person with standing article from Mr. Williams. There is also an 82 year old attorney in CA that said he had proof that Rafael’s parents both registered to vote and voted in Canada. He said that in order for them to vote they had to take a Canadian Oath and when they voted they lost their U.S. and Cuban citizenship’s. Therefore; when Rafael Ted Cruz filed his Renunciation Papers in Canada on 5/14/2014 he is NOW a “man without a country”.
Apparently since he has not shown his Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA)Form or any other paperwork showing that he is NOT a “Natural Born Citizen” as is required I believe on ALL fifty (50) States and Territory’s Presidential forms (which are special forms)has to be filed with each and every State from what I have read. This is why the Secretary of State of New Jersey wanted an arbitrator to get involved wouldn’t one think? From what I have read he has sealed all his records.
Man what a sleeze if this is all true Cruz should be done, gone and in huge trouble for signing not just ONE but FIFTY (50) plus States and Territories Forms of being a “natural born citizen” which he is NOT!!!
Is this called “fraud” or what? If true it could also be considered disenfranchising the public and voters. I hope he love’s the color “orange”.

In retrospect…..
Obama never claimed to be a natural born citizen.
Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama should be proof enough of the wisdom of the founders when they tried to prevent him from being President by requiring someone who could only be a US citizen and nothing else.
Born here of citizen parents.
Naturally a US citizen because there is no other possibility.
One cannot be anything else and also be a natural born citizen.
Obama told us he was born a British Subject.
Who believes Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Monroe, Madison, etc. would have found him to be a natural born citizen?
Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009, happened with the complete cooperation of both parties.
They want the Constitution changed without the hassle of amending the Constitution.
Confuse people about the clear meaning of a three word phrase and voila, every anchor baby and Winston Churchill is eligible.
The bench was the reason the GOP went along with the fig leaf resolution for McCain that was used by the Democrats as cover for Obama.
Jindal, Rubio, Haley and Cruz were all up and comers and the future of the party and ineligible.

If they do as so many secretaries of states and a multitude of other ignorant or uncaring fools have already done, and accept the lies and deceit of the fraud experts and scholars of this day,then one can possibly claim natural born citizenship of multiple nations.
Just as cruz dares to claim natural born U.S. citizenship because his mother was a U.S. citizen (regarless the claim that she did naturalize to canada),Then he must also be able to claim natural born cuban citizenship since his father was cuban (also the claim that he naturalized to canada). Then there is the fact that they forged multiple birth certificates for obama claiming them as proof he was born in hawaii,and was all that was needed to make him a natural born U.S. citizen.That would mean cruz can claim natural born canadian citizenship, since he is a canadian anchor baby. Except he did claim to have renounced that citizenship (as if it really mattered).
I would truly like to hear one of these lying experts or scholars explain just how this fulfills the purpose and intent of our founders, the actual composers of our Constitution, attempt to insure that the office of the president not fall to a person with conflicting allegiances or compromised loyalties. It matters not a persons integrity or sincerity, this one office, that of our president, can not withstand in the least, the threat of foreign influence.
That is why the requirement for a “Natural Born Citizen” was applied as a specific requisite for this most important office.A term any honest scholar,or honest Constitutional lawyer (as if it truly takes special erudition to understand our Constitution or the principles the founders enshrined within) will admit comes directly from the book “The Law of Nation”. It is with out question the only source our founder could have derived the term, and the only source that does give clear definition for the term.
Can any one truly believe one can be a natural born citizen of multiple nations. Then what the heck does “dual citizenship” mean.

The Question should be has Mr. Cruz contacted Obama and Nancy Polelosi to get a birth certificate made for him. He probably wants the same person Obama used to make his fake birth certificate.
