Read this remark on another website:

There are those who don’t want any of this to matter. Anybody who intends to run for President must register with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) by filing FEC Form 1.
Why is there a Form 1 (specifically — FILING FEC-1047622) for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, — dated 01/30/2016? Was this all planned out before the new year? Is the GOP planning on another buggy ride for the voting Public? — The completed form is on the FEC website.

Could this be true?

This is absolutely true. If this was filed, it is a clear attempt to usurp the people in a brokered convention. They want to put in their person and the people be damned. No, Romney and Ryan. YOU be damned

I checked the FEC website, and it’s definitely true. It has Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan, for Presidential race through 2016. This confirms the rumor that has been out for a while now, that Romney and/or Ryan would be ready to represent the GOP in a contested convention. If they do that, I can almost guarantee there will be a walk-out of all Trump supporters, and possibly Cruz supporters as well. They would also have to change the rules for the GOP convention in order to put someone other than a current candidate as the GOP nominee. But if the candidate with the most delegates going into the convention is not chosen, there will be a mass revolt, and, undoubtedly, Hillary Clinton will win. The elitists have already indicated they would rather have Clinton for President than either Trump or Cruz. The obvious reason is that with a Clinton presidency the donors/elitists/ establishment Republicans would preserve their $tatu$ quo of money and power.
