   They fly their helicopters over my house everyday, but this is clearly in violation. Look at this list,

   Every one of these governors should be held accountable along with FEMA,USNORTHCOM,National Interagency Fire Center,US Army Corps of Engineers.

   If the DoD only conducts these operations with the approval of the Secretary of Defense,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Secretary_of_Defense

   then where does he get his approval from, the President? The Secretary of Defense’s power over the United States military is second only to that of the President. The Secretary of Defense is in the chain of command and exercises command and control, for both operational and administrative purposes subject only to the orders of the President

   Their own policy states,”Unless permitted by law and approved by the Secretary of Defense, any DoD personnel using UAS for domestic operations, whether or not the DoD UAS use is related to an intelligence activity, may not conduct surveillance on U.S. persons”.

   So, I guess you could say that the President approved all of these missions without even checking whether or not it was legal to do. More TREASON ! He had to have signed documents for each one of these missions. Someone request a FOIA for these documents, they should not be classified and easy to get.
