    The more they try to hurt Trump, the higher his ratings go.

    I’m sure the RNC stacked the audience with donors who favored Bush and Rubio, hoping that all the boos would persuade the viewing audience to support somebody besides Trump – hopefully the ones they cheered so loudly for.
