Terrible news.  I hope GOP senate drags the confirmation of the next judge until January 21, 2017 when Trump becomes the next president.

    We can only hope that Congress/Senate will filibuster Any Obama nomination and allow the next President to make the appointment.

    Now the Kenyan interloper gets to fulfill his dream to achieve majority and appoint another Constitution ignoring, sexually bent, far-far Leftist to the SCOTUS.

    Nobody in Congress will stop him. They don’t have the guts.

    This is the one time the Senate and House can make up for giving o everything he has asked for so far.

    If they do allow o to get who he picks it would be mind blowing.

    Great loss to this nation. RIP Justice Scalia. Let’s hope the senate won’t approve another Justice until Trump is elected and hopefully appoint one close to what Scalia represented,or we are totally screwed.

    someone mentioned filibuster but i dont think in this case they can.. but they can certainly refuse to nominate any ass obastard tries to appoint… they can hold out till he is no longer in power… at least i hope so… its not a good time to have the SC mostly liberal…

    and it bothers me that this justice is dead.. makes me wonder how he died… i have been afraid of this for several months..
