Ted Cruz Isn’t a ‘Natural Born’ Citizen
As expected, the question of whether Sen. Ted Cruz is eligible to hold the office of the president based on his Canadian birth is now front-and-center thanks to Cruz’s GOP presidential nominee rival Donald Trump. Constitutional scholars are dusting off their crystal balls as they are asked to…

This robert clinton must be some kin to the famous “lying clintons” who one sullied our white house. Using only half-truths to out cruz and arrive at the truth that he is not a “Natural Born” U.S. citizen, and avoiding the whole truth to ensure he does not expose obama is a true fraud and foreign infiltrator.
He actually proposes that our founding father just pulled the term “Natural Born citizen” out of thin air, avoiding the indisputable fact that the term and its definition was derived directly from the book “The Law of Nation” which every educated man of the time was, and every honest scholars of today are familiar with.
He asserts the true definition was never clarified until the 14th amendment, which does not even address “Natural Born Citizen.” But instead he attempts to pervert the purpose of the 14th amendment by claiming it creates the only distinction between naturalized and “Natural Born”. In fact it only acknowledges what was already understood and accepted; that children born to parents whose citizenship was under the authority (jurisdiction) of the U.S. were themselves citizens of the U.S. Birth on U.S. dirt alone does NOT instill U.S. citizenship. A child can only be what the parents are.
It is indisputable the composers of our Constitution excluded naturalized citizens from qualifying for the office of president because of their prior allegiances. It can only be just as obvious to any rational loyal citizen that “Dual citizenship” does create that same controversy of allegiance, and in no way can a person born of a non U.S, citizen parent be considered a “Natural Born” U.S. citizen.
It is this “either naturalized or natural born” nonsense that is making fools of many and invented for that purpose. No doubt there will eventually be those who will claim “naturalized” and “natural born” are the same.
Only the ignorant, traitorous liars, or cowards, refer to obama as president. Only the ignorant, traitorous liars, or cowards, claim cruz, rubio, or jindal, are “Natural Born” U.S. citizens.

The Justiciability of Eligibility
Conclusion
The current federal lawsuits challenging the presidential candidates’ eli-gibility to serve as president are not justiciable, and it is questionable whether any justiciable case could be brought in federal court as an initial matter. Fortunately, there are alternative means to adjudicate this matter that are consistent with the U.S. Constitution. The most promising is a pre-election the ballot. In the event that a renegade state court rejects a candidate who is, in fact, eligible or that two or more state courts reach conflicting conclusions on a candidate’s eligibility, U.S. Supreme Court review should be available as a backstop. This avenue seems less fraught with peril than congressional resolution of the matter, given Congress’ dubious legal au-thority to not count electoral votes of a candidate it believes ineligible.
Those who seek to challenge a presidential candidate’s eligibility would thus be well-advised to dust off their state election codes and head to state court.
