It is very simple:
Cruz situation is very similar to that of my own son who was born a Belgian citizen in Belgium to a Belgian citizen mother. I went to US Consulate and filled out paper work to “claim” my son’s US citizenship through me as his US citizen father. After providing all the necessary proof documents – and fulfilling certain “statutory requirements” – my son was issued a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) or Form FS-240 designating him a US citizen – not an NBC. A NBC does not have to fulfill any “statutory requirements” to become an NBC. It happens automatically via the simple definition of NBC.
Cruz was born a Canadian citizen in Canada. In order for Cruz to “claim” US citizenship through his US citizen mother, she would have had to go through the same process I did. If Cruz is a US citizen he must have a Form FS 240. If so, Cruz is a citizen, but not an NBC.
Let everyone see Cruz’ Form 240.

I’ll agree with that!
Orly has done an outstanding job of disecting Cruz and other cases under a very strong microscope!
cruz is playing games with our Constitution. And he doesn’t have the right to mess with the sacred Law of the Land! This guy should be deporeted back to Canada!

There is one rule with regard to eligibility which should be uncontroversial. That is the candidate need have two American parents. Inasmuch as Cruz only has one (and that is questionable) there is no question that Cruz is ineligible. He is running because of the corruption in all branches of the government and the apathy and ignorance of the general public and the media. Cruz’s place of birth is completely unimportant and need not even be argued.
