   I am a Naturalized Citizen and I have standing as I was denied the right to run because my father was not an American when I was born. If Cruz and Rubio try to register in Massachusetts I will make a BALLOT CHALLENGE. I don’t have the funds to go to court, ut either or Orly will prevail.

   Any eligibility case against Cruz will have to eventually end up in the Supreme Court. And do you think that esteemed body that allowed Obamacare and legalized homosexual marriages will make a correct decision? I think not.

   Latest CBS Polling data from Iowa. Cruz 40 Trump 31. Looks like Iowans saw Trumps attacks on Cruz an act of desperation. It backfired on the Donald big time!!

   Dr. Taitz, being that you are a naturalized US citizen, I believe that you should run for President of the United States. Apparently, there is not a single Secretary of State that will keep a candidate’s name off the ballot for not being a natural born citizen. Arnold Schwartzenegger should also run. This would show just how ludicrous our election system has become.

   “Constitutional “natural-born” citizenship status:
   1) Born in the country
   2) Born to a mother who is a citizen of the country
   3) Born to a father who is a citizen of the country
   Anyone with all three in place at the exact moment of their birth is a “natural-born citizen” in the most complete sense.
   However, if just one is missing then they are citizens at birth, or naturalized citizens depending upon the circumstances, but can never change the circumstances of their birth to make themselves a “natural-born citizen”.

    Ladies & Servants,

    As a followup to my “Why not to Vote Cruz” here is 3 paragraphs of 50 from Washington’s Farewell Address. Notice the bold type. After the almost 2 Decade struggle of our Founding Fathers against the King and his Court in England and 1/3 of the Colonist Tory’s, who were loyal to the King, most of them thinking that the Redcoats would wipe up the countryside with the “Rebels” and then, they the Tory’s, would inherit from the King all their possessions and Rule in Kingly Bliss. Sounds like what the current Patriots are fighting the same issues with the Establishment and Liberals with great influence, support and financing from the World Globalists.

    “As avenues to foreign influence in innumerable ways, such attachments are particularly alarming to the truly enlightened and independent patriot. How many opportunities do they afford to tamper with domestic factions, to practice the arts of seduction, to mislead public opinion, to influence or awe the public councils. Such an attachment of a small or weak towards a great and powerful nation dooms the former to be the satellite of the latter.

    Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence (I conjure you to believe me, fellow-citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake, since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of republican government. But that jealousy to be useful must be impartial; else it becomes the instrument of the very influence to be avoided, instead of a defense against it.     Please, consider as President Washington warned, do not allow Foreign Influence to warp your thinking and Steal our Republic. We are being flooded by Foreigner’s, financing, trade and an open invasion. A foreign citizen is setting in our White House and filling our Government and Military with Foreigners.

    In the name of Common Sense would an American even consider voting for a Candidate for President who most likely is not Eligible as a Natural Born Citizen and certainly has extensive influence from Foreign Parent(s). In Rubio’s case he was born on US Soil but both Parents were Cuban Citizens, absolutely not Eligible. In Cruz’s case his Father born in Cuba,1949, fought in Castro’s Army, 1953-56 and came to the US in 1957 on a Student Visa (4yr) after that got a US Green Card and moved to Canada in 1966. Mother was a US Citizen. Cruz born in 1970 and must have obtained citizenship according to Canada Law by Parent(s) being Landed Immigrants filing for Application for Citizenship and filing Application for Canada Citizenship for son Ted.

    In 1973, Cruz Sr has said he became a Canadian Citizen and Ted’s mother probably also became Canadian Citizen, can’t find record, but why wouldn’t she if both husband and son became citizens. Ted could not have a Consular Report of Born Abroad (CRBA) filed in the US to become a US Citizen or he could not have became a Canadian Citizen. Therefore, Ted is not a US Citizen, unless he applied for and became a Naturalized US Citizen.

    In 1974, they all moved back to Texas, Ted Sr and Jr as Canadian Citizens and probably Mother, also. Ted did not cancel Canadian Citizenship until 2014. Ted is a Naturalized US Citizen and cannot be President but can be a US Senator, if he is a Naturalized Citizen.

    Ok, Senator and defender of the Constitution where are the forms: CRBA, Certificate of Naturalization and Application for Senate Security Clearance that states that you had Dual Citizenship when you became a US Senator? If you not produce these Forms you are going to have to withstand a huge effort by those of us who Love the US Constitution and Bill of Rights more than you would like to be President and a Water Boy for Goldman Sachs.

    If you produce the goods I’ll take it back except you can never be Eligible for the Office of President. Hopefully, Obama is the last of the Half-Breeds that will be President.

    Judge Andrew Napolitano (FOX) stating emphatically that it is “an established fact for 100 years” that person born in a foreign country is an “American citizen.”

    Does he mean “FROM THE MOMENT OF BIRTH” or does he mean “HAS THE RIGHT TO APPLY FOR” or does he mean simply “Citizen” or does he implicitly mean “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.”

    Even he is UNCLEAR.
