    Paul Ryan is not the only one that needs war declared on him!
    Every rhino ( I think 150) that voted for this needs replaced’ if they truly had any morals they would all resign after passing this fiasco!!!!

    House Whip Steve Scalise (Louisiana) also needs to go. He accepted $1.2m for his part in pushing TPP for Boehner and now pushed this terrible spending bill for Ryan. Scalise is up for reelection next year and needs to be sent out the door!
