The 5th circuit rules against Obama on immigration. I am proud to be the first to file a challenge with judge Hanen. I am afraid the 5th made a mistake by ruling before Obama is out. Now the case is in the Supreme Court.
5 out of 9 Supremes are a part of the ruling globalist establishment, they are likely to rule for Obama. We’ve seen what the Supreme court did on Obamacare. I was hoping that the 5th Circuit would sit on it until the new president is in. Now, they sent the case to the Supreme Court, which appears to be controlled by the ruling globalist establishment. I do not trust the 5 judges of the Supreme Court to follow the Constitution and follow the rule of law. I am afraid they will rule in favor of lawlessness, executive orders on amnesty in order to give a band of billionaires an unending supply of cheap labor. I hope I am wrong on this…
My case before Judge Hanen is still going on. Interestingly enough, just 2 days ago I got a letter from the US attorneys’ office. It pretty much pressured me to dismiss the case or else. I wonder if they got word from the loyal clerks in the 5th Circuit that the decision there is ready and the case goes to the Supremes, so they wanted to tie (or cut) some lose ends. My case is a lose end.

Doesn’t affect anything. The court said only that he can’t give them status. The administration is now simply not deporting them.

Orly is right, it puts us back at the mercy of the 5-4 split SCOTUS. So far they have allowed Obama to do anything he wants with the law, either disregard it or use it to prosecute his political enemies. The Court has basically ruled, in the Obamacare case as an example, that Obama can use deficit spending to tax us unequally any amount for any reason. He has used this power to lead his supporters down the primrose path with special rights and deficit spending entitlements to win elections. The corrupt elections are another example of how the court has not protected our rights but has instead become our mortal enemy. Our forefathers were fearful of this from the beginning and those fears have proven to be well founded.

I’m wondering what would happen if we decided (we are in the right) and we won’t follow the ruling of the SC, once they give us this left-wing B.S. in any future ruling, as it relates to O/or anything else this treasonous POG is throwing at us?
What could they do to any of us, if America just sits there and doesn’t obey? Let’s see them arrest all of America!

I agree Charles. Sooner or later we will just have to stop doing things like using food and water for auto fuel in order to be able to conduct our business. It has already been done in some cases like in the the Kim Davis thing.She was ready to draw the line in the sand. People will eventually get tired of bending over. It will get to the point where we have to stop committing suicide at the behest of the insane.

Even if the U.S. Supreme court decided to take the case; considering that this case has not had differing outcomes , all of the outcomes have been against the Obama administration. The U.S. Supreme court usually intervenes when lower courts have differing outcomes, and the case is appealed ,that is not the situation here.
