At least this wasn’t a spineless school official who get paid for sharpening pencils!

This ‘administrator’ should be put out to pasture, now.
And the African migrants should have been
expelled from that school.
In fact, all of these types of garbage should:
a. not have ever been brought into this country, and we as a spineless nation have allowed these miscreants to run wild and free.
b. they should not have been allowed to be in a school with normal children.
c. because these cultures are now and have always been burdened with those who are one drum beat from the jungle, due to being uneducated, and undisciplined, with no value system
There are exceptions… i.e. Ben Carson, and any number of other highly educated professionals, not only in the African culture, but any other culture with a moral compass.
d. At this point in time, we are overrun with the bottom of the barrel, of all cultures.
e. Allow this to continue and we pay the piper, big time
