I think that the (D)’s can’t go to the S.C., cause then, they’d have to do something about O being illegal, too!
And the (4) ineligible can go all over America and say this and that…but they are all inelgible!
Which (may) mean that they will drop out, as time goes on?!

Ted Cruz was born a Canadian citizen with a Cuban born father and a natural born mother of the USA. This fact only makes him only an Automatic Naturalized Citizen of the USA under 1940 and subsequent naturalization laws using mothers birth in USA.
The problem is that he revoked his Canadian citizenship himself which make his Automatic Naturalization citizenship worthless.

I Like Cruz too:
He is rational
clear,
good legal mind,
can stand strong in disputes.
I think that he knows the US Constitution pretty deeply.
Why is he a presidential candidate then?
Is he sincere?
The matter is that his presidential bid does not work well because he is not eligible for POTUS.
Does Cruz mean this as a tactic to force the issue of Mr. Obama ineligibility as a by product of Senator Cruz campaign?
This is unlikely to happen, because Senator Cruz is already loosing his campaign, since people do not want to vote for widely known ineligible candidate.
The outcome of Mr. Cruz campaign is annoyance to those who respect the US Constitution.
Cruz campaigning appears to me not sincere. Senator Cruz stands on a contradiction.
As a lawyer this stand should not be acceptable to him.
