Still awaiting Federal Judge Carter’s decision on motions to dismiss and for discovery. A Federal Trial for Barack Obama is still on the calendar for Jan. 26.

Subject: Dentist drills into Obama Mystique with sharp legal tools
The article has distortions and outright lies. For example, it treats the “Certification of Live Birth ” digital image posted on some liberal websites, as tantamount to a “Certificate of Live Birth,” normally signed by the attending physician, with a hospital of birth and other information identified that can be corroborated with other records. The document WaPo describes can be obtained with just an affidavit. Obama’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro, born in Indonesia, has one. Sun Yat Sen was reputed to have one. So, the smokescreen of patronizing words is a barrel of ink short of the real truth.
Why has Obama spent almost $1.5M, plus hijacked a team of U.S. Dept. of Justice lawyers that WE are paying for, fighting every attempt to unearth information? Orly stared balefully at them in court Monday and told them they should be working for the people instead, to expose Obama. Why has Obama sealed records in three countries and why are so many documents simply missing?
Why all the fuss about simply producing a real birth certificate? This is beyond absurd. It stinks to high heaven. And, there is much, MUCH more. See www.wnd.com. Read “The Obama Timeline” (see www.colony14.net ). There are very, very good reasons that this story won’t die and it’s not just because of the cute ex-Soviet dentist from the OC. I would not be wasting my time if I didn’t think so.
I watched Orly in action in a Federal District courtroom yesterday and can accurately state that she defies the absurd caricature in WaPo.
Strike back and contribute to Orly’s campaign

Gary Zolliecoffer, Appellant vs. Verginia Post, Appellee.
Elgilbility can be decided after an election.
Someone said they emailed you but since you probably get 100’s a day, I thought I would put it here

Obama’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro, born in Indonesia, has one. Sun Yat Sen was reputed to have one.
According to the info from Leo Donofrio’s site, Maya Soetoro-Ng does NOT have a COLB on file in Hawaii. This is REALLY STRANGE. She is an American citizen though born in Jakarta, Indonesia — and should have produced an Embassy copy of the Certificate of Live Overseas Birth to present to the DOH to get a COLB. Leo is convinced a “myth” is busted, but I don’t know which one. This only opens up another can of worms. My hypothesis is that there was a S-2 student visa scam using an Indonesian passport going on — at the same time there was US citizenship. But now I don’t know what is going on…
As to Sun Yat-Sen they have him born in Hawaii when it never happened. An example of an OFFICIAL forged document.

Oh, you’re right that the article made it sound like Orly was a glory hound chasing publicity. It also implied that Orly was in this for the money through donations. This was NOT an unbiased article — but it did create a picture of Orly as a dedicated and outspoken advocate willing to take on anyone. It paints her as making great sacrifices for the cause — at the sake of husband and family because she believes deeply in her cause. Depends on how you want to take that image, but I think it does Orly credit as a fighter for our Constitution and I think the article overall does her credit.

We didn’t expect fair treatment from the Post, and we didn’t get it–consider slams like “the fantasy of Obama’s ineligibility”–but still, some discerning readers may be able to follow scattered crumbs of truth out of the Forest of Lies.
People are waking up, despite big media’s best efforts, and the article helps to focus on the issues. You did well, Orly, to use this opportunity to call attention to the fight.

This was my comment on the Washington Post Article by Mundy.
I was surprised to see many informed comments GREAT, the truth is getting out there.
Anyone interested in the natural born citizen issue should check out this link
https://www.thebirthers.org/misc/logic.htm
It is an EXCELLENT explanation.
Until recently most people had NO KNOWLEGE of “Natural Born Citizen”. Unless they have since studied it, they still don’t. They THINK they understand, but really are uninformed. It actually is a fascinating
concept, proving once again that our founding fathers were extraordinary men.
The above article is a piece of trash. Journalism it is not. It is a hit piece.
“Despite many pressing concerns on the dentistry front, Taitz is eager to talk about her crusade to prove that the president of the United States is an impostor.” Also at the end of the article “Back at the office, things are still busy: Dentists have been faxing résumés all day, there are patients in the waiting room, and Charles Lincoln is printing out a court pleading.”
Here you are implying that Orly is letting patients suffer, while she is on a birther “crusade”.
A 10 second Google search reveals:
“We have a group of four dentists with over 22,000 satisfied patients”
I guess those patients were able to see a dentist after all.
Orly “Nobody has seen proper documents. Period.”
Mundy “Another breathtaking statement, or rather misstatement.”
The misstatement here is YOURS Ms Mundy. Because you are either too lazy or too arrogant to actually look into it. Oops, I forgot, that would be journalism. The document on the Internet has been PHOTOSHOPPED. It is NOT a birth certificate. It proves absolutely NOTHING since you didn’t have to have been born in Hawaii to get one of those.
Mundy: “The myth of ineligibility”
It is NOT A MYTH. What great knowledge or evidence gives you, Ms supposed journalist, the justification to make such a proclamation?
Mundy:” he may be a citizen of Indonesia, where Obama lived for a time after his mother remarried.”
A TIME? “While in Jakarta, Obama attends Franciscus Primary School (1967–1969) and Besuki State Elementary School Menteng 01 (1969–1971.

Obama Timeline
Mundy: “.” Bucking the common view that “natural born citizen” — the constitutional requirement for a U.S. president — means, generally speaking, born on American soil,”
Generally speaking? Did you even look into it? NO.
Here are just a few of the nasty interjections Mundy introduces into her article:
“Some observers believe the animating cause of her crusade is an anti-Muslim bias.”
“fringe players, including Wiley Drake, a pastor who has said that he prays for Obama’s death”
“Taitz is also on the radar of militia groups”
“One might argue that her extra super-duper burden of proof has a racial dimension to it,”
Like I said, a real piece of trash
