I would like to see Trump counter the liberal debate hosts loaded questions with loaded answers by pointing out why the GOP can’t stop anything they are blamed for not stopping because of the small number of the sitting democratic Senators needed to impeach Obama. Virtually any topic the media routinely smears Trump with can be traced to Obama’s policies.

Orly , could you explain for us the super majority required in in The Senate to impeach Obama that really puts this country at his mercy? It takes 2/3 to impeach so it would only require 44 democrats if all the republicans voted for impeachment. Those democratic senators and republican senators that might vote against impeachment should be taking the heat right now and for what has been ailing us the last seven years.

    Couldn’t agree more Steve.

Thank you, Dr. Taitz, for consistently sharing true polls for Mr. Trump. He is America’s last great hope.

God bless and protect each and everyone of you.

you are right, it takes 2/3 to remove from office after the person was impeached by the majority in the House.
Impeachment is like an indictment, and removal in the senate is like a conviction, which means that 34 senators can stop the removal from office. Still, the House could act, but GOP members of the House are too timid to do anything

It seems to me then if the House acts and it goes to the Senate that gives 34 democrats the ability to acquit Obama and make everything he has done legal. At least keeps us from stopping what he has done.

Removal of a Top Federal Employee Occupying his federal Office illegally.

There is a Federal statute on that (It may be rooted in US Constitution). A reference to such a Federal Statute is made in one of Dr. Edwin Vieira articles in NewsWithViews

This is a possibility that does not need impeachment, but perhaps a special session of the House of Representative to start the process.

During the special Session of the House:

1.Read the documents that outline the issue of ineligibility for Mr. Obama.
2.Set up committee to investigate the issue
3.Removal Mr. Obama from his office (WH) is after confirmation of the issue.
    4. Then send Mr. Obama into prison for no more than 5 years.

What force would push for such a session of the House to occur?

Voters would push their House Representatives to set a Special Session of the House as described above.

We don’t need to impeach him now, Hillary is going to do this for us. He(Barry Soetoro, Barrack Obama, or whoever he is)will resign when she spills her guts to the media and the American people. Hillary’s campaign is done and on “suicide watch”. The only thing that stands in front of her is V. Jarrett and the White House. There was a dinner last night at the White House and all kinds of people were there, and the only topic of discussion was Hillary Clinton, the talk was,………………….Indictment.

Thank you Orly. Concerned voters would be able to do this. I think this should be somewhat easier than impeachment. And the Senate need not be involved.

The following is a curiosity of today related to Dr. Ben Carson. His campaign website has an area titled Ask Dr. Carson. So I did. Here it goes.

    “Dear Mr. Carson,

I have received your campaign solicitation asking me to stand with you in your fight against political correctness. You wrote:

[Case in point — last week I said that a key part of Islam known as Shariah law was not compatible with the U.S. Constitution and that I couldn’t support a Muslim candidate for President unless these tenets were fully renounced.]

The following is also not compatible with US Constitution, and this concern exists in the US public awareness, books, press and internet since 2008 presidential election campaign of Mr. Obama.

Mr. Obama has been widely considered not eligible to be a candidate for US President. He is still considered not eligible after illegally occupying the position of POTUS, since 2008.

Prominent writers and lawyers have addressed the above issue: former Pennsylvania Attorney General, Berg, Dr. and Attorney. Orly, Taitz, Attorney Larry Klayman, Dr. Jerome Corsi, and many more.

Both of the above issues: yours and that of Mr. Obama are covered up by a thick layer of political correctness and by popular press. My question to you is:

Why do you not address Obama eligibility concern as the most grotesque Constitutional issue obfuscated by political correctness for the past 8 years?

    Thank you.

I agree John don’t impeach and give the DNC a chance to run another corrupt “credible” candidate. Just make the democrats take the heat for what ails us not the GOP and Stop blaming the GOP for what the democrats have done during an election cycle. That is why we can’t win one.

    John:
[We don’t need to impeach him now, Hillary is going to do this for us.]
Why would this be believable? She has been covering for usurper since at least the time of electing democratic presidential candidate in 2008.

[He(Barry Soetoro, Barrack Obama, or whoever he is)will resign when she spills her guts to the media and the American people.] Why would she uproot her political life this way?

[Hillary’s campaign is done…] this can be true.

[… and on “suicide watch”.] I doubt Hillary is on suicide watch. She may lose her campaign. That is she may lose this presidential cycle to get to WH. I do not see a suicide for Hillary here. It might not be even political suicide. She might resume in 2020.

[The only thing that stands in front of her is V. Jarrett and the White House.] These 2 things are unlikely to go away on there own.
This seems to mean that there is nothing going on that would force Hillary to go for impeachment or for illegal Federal employee in WH.

[There was a dinner last night at the White House and all kinds of people were there, and the only topic of discussion was Hillary Clinton, the talk was,………………….Indictment.]

Obama impeachment discussed at WH dinner? Maybe they were discussing how to prevent it from happening?! Yet there appears no such dicussions in House of representatives.
