Dear Orly,

You are asking “How do you know that it is blocked?”

However I explained it yesterday: they do not send back the verifying email so that the process of confirmation is never completed. I have not received such an email since yesterday morning.
New Petition on WhiteHouse.gov for Obama to explain why in his school registration he is listed as Muslim, citizenship-Indonesian and why he is using a SSN, which was never assigned to him

    Yes Orly , It seemed as though I was blocked from signing also on tuesday 9/22/15 !!

    try signing a petition with a different e-mail. Other people were able to receive confirmation right away. Check your spam folder, maybe confirmation e-mail is in spam
