    Obvious violation of Immigration law as foreigners can ONLY be requested for a work visa and offered a job when the employer can show that it has advertised jobs in the press, etc and has found NO US applicant who can fill the job. A Rationale must then be submitted as to why the foreign applicant fits the bill.

    Not only is DISNEY violating the law, but the immigration attorneys helping them and the federal government might be in cahoots to

    DISENFRANCHISE AMERICAN WORKERS.

    Something Stinks in Florida and is apt to destroy the hitherto pristine Disney image once the scandal goes public!

    LAWSUIT extraordinaire is looming!

    PS: Look at how DIFFICULT it is to get a foreign worker a visa.

    I will not take a vacation to Orlando, so the hell with Disney! they’re not getting my money anymore.
