    I believe one of the factors that is helping Trump’s continuing rise in the polls is the harsh treatment he is receiving from the media, including (or especially) FNC. The people are well aware that the MSM is corrupt, and the more they bully Trump like they did last night, the more he will continue to rise. Nobody likes bullies. I also believe the reason behind the first question was they hoped he would be so indignant, he would walk out of the debate. I he hadn’t been first in all the polls, they probably would have chosen polls that would have him not making the top 10.
